response time is not as quick as a phone call. If this

Winter Cancellation Policy
If you are scheduled on a day that Lincoln Public Schools are closed due to adverse weather conditions,
please call the clinic prior to coming in to see if we are open.
If we are not open on Monday, Wednesday or Friday your appointment will be rescheduled for the next
long day.
Example: If you were scheduled for Monday at 3:00 p.m.
your new appointment will now be Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
If your appointment was scheduled for Tuesday or Thursday we will reschedule you for the very next day
at the same time.
Example: a Tuesday appointment will be changed to Wednesday.
If the new appointment time will not work for you, please call the office and let us know what time will
better serve you.
